Faith In Action …..

You’ve heard the saying, sometimes you have to put legs on your prayers. Praying for a job? It’s not going to fall into your lap. You have to do all you can, and God will do His part. Naaman had to dip seven times in the Jordan river, before he was cleansed of leprosy. The children of Israel had to march seven times around the walls of Jericho before they fell. There are many other examples in the scripture. Have you done all you can, and still, no answer? We’ve heard of the patience of Job. God was trying Job. He held on, trusting God, and patience and trust eventually paid off. There are so many examples, too numerous to mention. Bottom line….Never doubt God….sometimes we have to wait. Sometimes, it’s a gradual process…Mark 8:23And he took the blind man by the hand, and led him out of the town; and when he had spit on his eyes, and put his hands upon him, he asked him if he saw ought.24And he looked up, and said, I see men as trees, walking.

25After that he put his hands again upon his eyes, and made him look up: and he was restored, and saw every man clearly.

Sometimes God might say, my grace is sufficient, as he did with the apostle Paul.

Hebrews 11 tell us, some died in the faith, not having received the promise, but because of their dying in the faith, it was counted to them for righteousness. KJV

Romans 4:3 For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness.
